INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER
2/3 Cup Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
125g Butter
2 Eggs
1 1/3 Cup SR Flour
1/4 Cup Milk
INGREDIENTS FOR VIENNA CREAM
125g Butter
1 1/2 Cup Icing Sugar
2 Tablespoon milk
METHOD
To make batter: First mix the first 3 ingredients for 5 minutes in a food processor. Then add the next 3
and mix another 5 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius in a fan-forced oven for 20-25 minutes.
To make Vienna Cream, mix softened butter, icing sugar and milk until it comes together. Add 2 drops of preferred food colouring drops. Apply on cupcakes once they have cooled down. Decorate with lollies, chocolate "writing icing" (buy off the shelf in most supermarkets).
