INGREDIENTS
1. 250g butter
2. 250 g dark chocolate
3. 350 g brown sugar
4. 4 eggs
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 300g flour
7. frozen raspberries
METHOD
1. Melt dark chocolate and butter in a pan over low heat.
2. Take off the heat and melt brown sugar into this.
3. Beat 4 eggs until they become pale in a blender. Add chocolate mix, vanilla extract and flour.
Mix until well combined.
Pour into a pan lined with baking paper.
Top mixture with frozen raspberries. Push raspberries 1/2 way into the chocolate mixture.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees C in a fan forced oven.
