INGREDIENTS
1 Cup SR Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
3 Bananas
1 Cup Walnuts
1 teaspoon Sugar
METHOD
Place flour ,milk, egg and vanilla essence in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Cook Pancakes using egg silicone circle shapes in a non-stick pan.
Place cut-up bananas, walnuts and sugar in a frying pan and cook until the bananas turn golden and soft. Pour mix unto the pancakes.
