INGREDIENTS
400g Dark Chocolate
1 can of Condensed Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
1 teaspoon of Orange Essence
150 g Unsalted Butter
1 Cup of raw Almonds
Orange Sprinkles
METHOD
Place Chocolate, butter and condensed milk in a pot. Warm up slowly on a very low flame mixing constantly. Once melted, add in the vanilla and orange essence.
Pour into a dish lined with non-stick baking paper.
Place raw almonds and orange sprinkles in a food processor and pulse a few times.
Quickly sprinkle almond and sprinkle mix on the fudge.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
