INGREDIENTS
120 g butter
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 Cup caster sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 Cups SR Flour
1 Packet Chocolate chips-dark or milk
METHOD
1. Mix butter and sugar until pale.
2.Mix in sugars, egg, vanilla essence and lastly the SR Flour.
3. Add chocolate chips and mix them in by hand.
4. Mould dough into a ball and refrigerate.
5. Once cold, roll out dough between 2 sheets of baking paper to desired thickness.
6. Cut out shapes and bake in an 170 Degree oven (Celsius) for 15 minutes.
