INGREDIENTS
4 Blocks of chocolate,250g each (I chose 3 dark,1 light)
1 Pack of snakes (lollies)
1 Pack of red liquorice
1 Pack of raspberry lollies
1 large pack of marshmallows (pink & white)
1 handful of peanuts
1 small pack of brazil nuts
a handful of rainbow sprinkles and coconut chips
METHOD
Cur up snakes and other lollies.
Mix lollies and nuts in a bowl.
Temper chocolate in a non-stick pan.
Once tempered, pour chocolate into the bowl and mix to cover all the lollies.
Pour mixture into a non-stick pan and refrigerate.
Top up with rainbow sprinkles and coconut chips.
Cut up into pieces before serving.
