INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Goji berries
1/2 Cup Coconut oil
1/2 Cup Dates
1/2 Cup Dried Apricots
1 Tablespoon honey
1 Cup Coconut chips
1/2 Cup Cocoa powder
1/2 Cup water
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well.
Place mixture in silicone half spheres and refrigerate.
Remove truffles from silicone 1/2 spheres and press together to form full circle truffle spheres.
