1 1/2 Tablespoons Green Matcha Tea
2 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
1 1/2 Cups of Caster Sugar
2/3 Cup Milk
2 Cups Flour
Baking Powder
MATCHA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING INGREDIENTS
110g Unsalted Butter
3 Cups Icing Mixture
2 Tablespoons Milk
1 1/2 Tablespoon Matcha Green Tea Powder
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
Divide batter into cupcake liners and bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius in a fan-forced oven.
MATCHA BUTTERCREAM FROSTING METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix for 5 minutes until all ingredients are well mixed.
Beat until fluffy.
