INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Raw Almonds
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
1 Cup Coconut Flakes
100g Cashews
1/2 Cup Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Tablespoon Rice Malt Syrup
60 g Dates-Dried
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mix comes away from the side of the bowl.
Take measured amounts and roll into balls. Refrigerate for 1 hour before eating.
