INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Raw Almonds
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao, heaped
1/2 Cup Dried Dates
2 Teaspoons Rice Malt Syrup
1/8 Cup Dried Hibiscus Leaves
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the mixture comes together and detaches from the side of the bowl. You may have to add a drop of water to bring the mix together. These balls are not very sweet so try the mix before forming the balls. If you want them sweeter, you can add Stevia A or more rice-malt syrup. Choose depending on if you need some moisture in the mix or not. Happy Eating!
