INGREDIENTS
3/4 Cup Almond Milk
2 Figs for pudding, 1 to decorate
1 Teaspoon Stevia A as needed
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
Frozen Raspberries
a Few raw Walnuts
METHOD
Mix Chia seeds, figs and almond milk in a container. Stir and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice a fig and set the slices unto the surface of a serving glass. Pour the chia pudding into the jar. Serve with a raspberry puree (simply warm up frozen raspberries in a pot, I didn't strain my puree). Place a handful of walnuts on top of the raspberries.
