INGREDIENTS
1 Large Beetroot-Raw
2 Tablespoons Raw Cacao
1/4 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/4 Cup Almond Meal
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Flour
1 Cup Dried Dates
1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate bits-vegan or not
Raw Pistacchios-1/4 Cup to roll the truffles in
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until the mix comes together. Refrigerate the mix before trying to form balls with the mix as it may be a little moist. Once refrigerated, remove, form truffles and roll in raw chopped up pistachios.
