INGREDIENTS 2 Red Apples 2 Puff Pastry Sheets Apricot Jam Juice of 1 Lemon METHOD Wash apples and remove core. Cut apples in half and slice thinly using a mandolin. (LEAVE APPLE PEEL) Place apple slices in a bowl containing the lemon juice for 15 minutes. Thaw puff pastry sheet and cut into strips. Paint a thin layer of heated jam on the puff pastry. Place 1/2 circles of apple slices overlapping them as you set them down along the puff pastry strips. Fold the pastry to cover the lower edge of the apple slices and then roll it. Place the rolled pastry strip into a cupcake holder. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes. |
