METHOD
Slice apples with a mandolin. Place apple slices in a bowl. Juice lemons and oranges and pour juice over apples. Allow apples to stand in this solution for 5 minutes. Remove apple slices from the solution and place on an oven tray lined with non-stick baking paper. Bake for 3 hours at 90 degrees. At 3 hours,check if the fruit is dry. Depending on the thickness of the fruit, the apple slices may need a little more time to dry. It might be a good idea to turn them at this stage and check them in 30 minute intervals thereafter.
