2 Cups Raw Peanuts
1 Cup Caster Sugar
70 ml Water
1/2 Cup of Sultanas

METHOD
Place peanuts, sugar and water in a non-stick pan. Warm up and allow the sugar to dissolve in the water. As the water evaporates, the peanuts will appear dry. Keep stirring the peanuts in the caramel syrup that collects in the bottom of the pan. Just as the peanuts are all covered with syrup , take off the heat and coat sprinkle in the sultanas and 100 and 1000's. Allow the peanuts to cool down on some non-stick baking paper. Once cooled, the peanuts can be broken down into smaller chunks.
